Download the RustDesk client below. It is preconfigured to connect through
rd.kearan.net. After installing, give your support tech the ID shown in the app.
Run it - no need to install (close the install prompt if it appears). Read the ID shown in the window to your technician, then click Accept when the connection request pops up. When you close the program, remote access ends completely.

Just run it. Do not rename the file - the server settings are encoded in the filename.
